CUSTOM EVENT SERIES : W HOTELS WORLDWIDE - TURN IT UP FOR CHANGE
W Hotels Worldwide is a brand that has been dedicated to promoting and practicing equality since its inception. So when they joined forces with the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) for their nationwide Turn It Up For Change initiative, they reached out to Incluence for our expertise in curating and producing events for the LGBT audience. Utilizing our in-house LGBT event brand, LYST, we produced Turn It Up For Change events at W Hotels in Los Angeles, San Diego, Scottsdale & New Orleans. Incluence created the overall graphic branding campaign for each event, designed and produced an acrylic engagement ring for all event attendees, print materials (signage, informational pamphlet), executed market-specific awareness campaigns (online / mobile / print) and oversaw all event operations.
